26 years after the launch of Karura Community Chapel, we are still “dwelling in tents”! From our start at Gigiri Kindergarten (now a private home) where we put up borrowed tents for our meetings catering to an attendance of under 100 people every weekend, we have grown step by step—from purchasing our first tent and chairs, moving to our own land in 2002, expanding into a mega-dome tent in 2006.
