Jennifer Karina

Jennifer Karina is a Consultant Psychologist, ICF Certified Professional Coach, a seasoned Board & Governance Expert, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, Speaker & Author. She is a thought leader in the area of Life, Leadership & Legacy. She is the founder and Executive Director of Anchor Relationship Network, a company whose goal is to support Corporates & communities in Africa, to live purposefully and thrive unapologetically.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts Psychology degree from Durham University, New Castle, UK. She  has attended leadership professional courses from various institutes; Harvard Business School USA, Singapore Institute of Management, Cranfield School of Management UK, Strathmore Business School Kenya, among others. 

In February 2023 was honored by Forbes among 50 women of impact and influence in Africa being change makers in business, society and  life as visible role models for young people in Africa and beyond.  She is married to Bob Karina, has three adult children and several grandchildren. Outside of her professional commitments, She enjoys  reading, writing, travelling and playing golf.
